The SAT prep class will meet from 6-8:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays for three consecutive weeks, May 19-June 4. After the class officially ends at 8:30 p.m., the instructors stay another 30 minutes to help individual students with problem areas and to give practice test items to those who want extra coaching and assistance.
The prep course is taught by two experienced instructors, and covers all aspects of the SAT, including verbal ability and mathematical competence, and includes test-taking techniques, timesaving methods and logical reasoning. The SAT will be offered at area high schools on June 7.
Cost for the prep class is $295, which includes 18 hours of instruction and all study materials. For more information contact Nancy Williams at 828.250.2353 or email@example.com. Additional information, including a printable registration form, is available at the Asheville Graduate Center website.
